Description
SSL RS Refinement System (was once branded SUPLEX).
This system replaces the springs and damper (shock absorber) to provide a more compliant ride for increased comfort over poor road surfaces yet will better absorb big bumps and potholes. The damper is adjustable from ‘soft’ for a light car like a 4/4 driven gently to ‘firm’ for a heavy car like an early Plus4 driven assertively. The RS also improves the handling including reducing the skittering over bumpy corners and provide a predictable response to hard cornering. Many hundreds have been sold and was fitted by Morgan to new cars in build and is still fitted by Morgan Service.
Will fit all traditional Morgans from 1952 to the last of production in Spring 2020.
